Fresh raspberries and blueberries with diced fresh roasted turkey and candied walnuts over baby spinach and dressed with pomegranate vinaigrette.
PRODUCE & NUTS
Place 2 cups spinach leaves on small square plate. Add 2 oz. turkey, ¼ cup blueberries, ¼ cup raspberries and ¼ cup walnuts to each plate.
Drizzle ¼ cup dressing over top and serve.
