This recipe makes four servings. Many people associate Reuben sandwiches with corned beef, but turkey has long been considered a great filling for this classic sandwich — and our turkey pastrami just might be the perfect solution!
12 oz., sliced
Thousand Island dressing
Heat a grill pan or panini press to medium heat. Spread about a tablespoon of Thousand Island dressing on the top and bottom slices of bread. Pile with turkey, sauerkraut, and Swiss cheese.
Close the sandwich and grill, either on the range or in a press, until the bread is crisped and the cheese is melted, about 3-5 minutes. Slice in half and enjoy warm!
