Turkey breast paired with fluffy egg, cheddar cheese, and bacon. This breakfast sandwich offers convenience to carry out customers. Served with a side of fresh fruit.
DOUGH & OIL
EGG, CHEESE & BACON
Cheddar cheese, grated
Pre-heat oven to 400°F. On a floured surface, cut the pizza dough into 2 oz. sections. Stretch and shape the dough to accommodate the filling.
To make each calzone: Layer one strip of bacon (torn into three sections) on one side of the dough. Top with one scrambled egg, 2 oz cheddar cheese, and one slice of turkey (folded in half).
Fold the opposite side of the dough over the filling making a half moon shape. Be sure to make a good seal with the edges, so the filling does not spill out during baking.
