Turkey breast and pepper jack cheese melted over toasted jalapeño cheese bread, accented with green chiles, roasted red peppers, romaine lettuce, cilantro and Buffalo mayonnaise sauce.
Roasted red bell pepper, sliced

Combine and mix mayonnaise and buffalo sauce for the buffalo mayonnaise. Cover and refrigerate until needed.
Pre-heat oven to 350° F.
Spread 1 tablespoon of buffalo mayo on each side of bread. Top bottom half of bread with one slice jalapeño jack cheese. Toast until cheese is melted and bread is slightly brown.
Remove from oven and add roasted bell pepper, tomato, green chilies, romaine, and cilantro to each sandwich.
Top with toasted piece of bread and cut each sandwich in half on a diagonal.
Serve with warm tortilla chips and fruit salsa if desired.
