Thinly sliced turkey mounded high on toasted focaccia bread coated with pesto mayonnaise and sundried tomatoes, topped with alfalfa sprouts, tomato and Swiss cheese.

For pesto mayonnaise, mix mayonnaise and pesto in a bowl.
Spread 1 oz. of mayonnaise mixture on the crown and heel portion of the focaccia bread.
Spread sundried tomatoes over the heel portion of the bread, followed by the fresh tomatoes.
Top tomatoes with Swiss cheese slices. Mound turkey slices onto cheese.
Top turkey with sprouts and cover with crown portion of focaccia.
Place onto a serving plate and serve.
