Diced turkey breast combined with Mediterranean flavors of Kalamata olives, cucumber, strawberry tomatoes, chickpeas, red onions, parsley, and feta cheese. Tossed in fresh lemon vinaigrette and served with grilled flatbread.
Pear tomatoes, halved
Kalamata olives, chopped
Red onion, chopped
BREAD AND CHEESE
Combine all ingredients, except the flat bread, and marinate for at least one hour up to overnight to allow the flavors to blend.
Heat grill to medium heat. Drizzle flat bread or pita with olive oil and grill each side of bread.
Cut into desired quantity of wedges.
Serve along side salad on a chilled triangular platter.
