A delicious combination of pickled onions, tomatoes, blue cheese and our Turkey Burger served on savory focaccia bread.

1 large leaf
Romaine lettuce hearts
For pickled onions: Shave the onions into thin pieces. Place in a stainless steel bowl. Bring the vinegar, sugar, cinnamon, cloves, peppercorns and water to a boil in a saucepan. Pour the hot liquid over the onions and stir frequently as it cools.
To pan fry, pour 1/2 teaspoon of oil in saute pan or on flat top.
Sprinkle the turkey burger with salt. Grill for 4 minutes. Turn and cook second side 4 minutes.
Place the lettuce on the focaccia, top with burger, tomato, blue cheese, pickled onions and second slice of focaccia.
Cut in half to serve.
