Erik’s DeliCafé is sprouting in more ways than one!

Erik Johnson had no idea his business would sprout into today’s popular Erik’s DeliCafé when he bought a small bakery in Scott’s Valley, Calif. 43 years ago.

And we mean literally sprouted!  Clover sprouts are a signature ingredient on most sandwiches — helping the regional chain grow to 32 locations throughout Silicon Valley and beyond!

Wholesome and healthy has been Erik’s trademark.  The menu includes a large selection of turkey sandwiches, hearty soups and a family recipe carrot cake.

Erik is one of Foster Farms’ Best in the West restaurant operators.  Chef Andrew Hunter recently sat down to learn more from Erik including details on Erik’s Secret Goo® that has people guessing what makes the spread so tasty.
