Does Foster Farms make the grade at San Jose State?

San Jose State University recently asked us to put our all natural turkey and No Antibiotics Ever chicken to the test during a special tasting event open to SJSU’s 32,000 student body.

Our own Chef Andrew Hunter worked with SJSU Head Chef Mario DeLuca to develop four tasty candidates:

  • Sweet turkey couscous meatloaves wrapped in bacon.  DOWNLOAD RECIPE
  • Roasted turkey with a lemon and garlic… and a second turkey with a Mexican blend.
  • Chicken schnitzel sandwich with apple and horseradish slaw.  DOWNLOAD RECIPE
  • Tandoori chicken drumstick with mango salsa.  DOWNLOAD RECIPE
